Want to do a rock musical?

Teachers - we can ease the burden of technical theatre.

PA, amplifiers, microphones, fresnels, dichroics, floods, profiles, intelligent lights, DMX, dimmers, racks, control desks, patch bays, follow spots....

As Drama Teachers, you simply do not have the time to be experts in all these aspects, but once things are set up it is relatively easy to maintain the system, and if you have a problem you can call any time for free advice.  School productions are not a sideline for us, we take them very seriously and aim to take the stress out of them for you.

Many schools have lighting desks that would run a small commercial theatre; the problem is that nobody can use them because they are too complex.  Our modern lighting desks are cheap, reliable and can be learnt in 30 minutes.  Other schools have spent thousands of $’s on Follow Spots that get used once a year.  

With our advice you will buy the essentials you use everyday and hire in the exotic gear on those few occasions you need it. 

Recent Work in Schools

Willetton SHS - The first state school to have a true robotic light system which is operated by the students.

Leeming SHS – painted the storeroom black, installed a lighting grid and bio-box. Installed curtains on track systems, which allowed the use of the wardrobe balcony as a stage area as well as the floor stage. Tiered seating and flats and blacks for wings.

Perth Modern School – Installed tiered rostra for seating, blacks and transformed little hall into theatre. Installed black curtains, tiered seating and renovated all their lights and made a bio box.
