From the largest commercial fittings to converting a classroom to a theatre

We are a 2-person company and we provide a service across the whole spectrum of Theatre requirements.

We are called All Things Theatre because over time we have garnered experience in all aspects of production and technical areas.

SOUND

We have an excellent sound reinforcements system including an excellent 20-channel radio-microphone system. We also have equipment to analyze and set up your P.A. System including an analyzer and phase tester.

LIGHTING

We are the Australian dealers for the very competitive Showtec (N.L.) range of lighting equipment.

We have dimmer systems for hire and sale from 4 to 200 channels. A full range of luminaries; ½ k, 1k, and 2k Fresnels; ½ k and 1k Profiles; Cyc lights and follow spots. A multi-core system, a multi-strobe system, U.V.’s, a range of disco effects and deckle projectors – (ideal for banquet tables). As well as all the infrastructural gear such as; Talkback systems, trussing, a multicore patching system, scaffolding, two Genie Lifts and several large robotic light systems.

SCENERY

We have a range of flats and props including a Roman Set with pillars, balustrades, urns x 2; collapsible rostra, steps, cloths, blacks and tracking.

One of our most used services is the repair of House Curtains and blacks. We are very competitive on the supply of curtains.

REFURBISHMENT

…of old luminaries and repair of older equipment. Much old equipment is on a par or better than new. We have spares for most older gear.

Using all our experience we can help you to develop your venue in the most cost effective way and plan a longer-term strategy to bring the venue up to your requirements.

FINALLY

Add our experience to your school production, after years of touring we know how to get the best out of your resources, both technical and people. We don’t take over, just help you get the results you want, and help to give your show that professional edge by integrating video productions and computer graphics as well as the sound, lighting and scenery to allow as many areas of the school to work collaboratively on the show.

We have found that by involving students and pushing them to produce a show of a professional standard, they will rise to the challenge. Once word gets around that the show is something special, the bookings also increase, and, instead of the school play being a necessary chore, it can be an exciting and positive experience for students, staff and parents.

Willetton SHS - The first state school to have a true robotic light system which is operated by the students.

West Coast Church - Supplied lighting system and curtains. Provided practical assistance.

The most important part of our service is all the things we won’t do.

We won’t interrupt you by calling you; we know how busy you are. So you call us and make a time.

We won’t sell you gear that you don’t need. Our reputation is worth more than a quick sale.

We won’t take your work if we have insufficient time. We will refer you to the best of our competitors.

We won’t lie to you about your space. Some spaces are useless and incapable of functioning properly.
